Description

The objective of this audit was to determine whether the Operations Office reduced health, safety, and environmental risks through D and D projects at the ETTP. The Operations Office reduced health, safety, and environmental risks through D and D projects at the ETTP. However, the major ongoing D and D project at the ETTP did not involve the facility which posed the greatest risks from exposure to radioactive waste, hazardous or toxic materials, and structural collapse.
