This System Safety Program Plan (SSPP) outlines the safety analysis strategy for project W-314, ``Tank Farm Restoration and Safe Operations.`` Project W-314 will provide capital improvements to Hanford`s existing Tank Farm facilities, with particular emphasis on infrastructure systems supporting safe operation of the double-shell activities related to the project`s conceptual Design Phase, but is planned to be updated and maintained as a ``living document`` throughout the life of the project to reflect the current safety analysis planning for the Tank Farm Restoration and Safe Operations upgrades.
