Description

Efficient showerheads and faucet aerators are popular measures for conserving water and energy. Certainly, energy and water savings are evident in laboratory studies. However, the evidence from field studies is less clear. This is largely the result of insufficient field research and research designs that have not captured all of the necessary data. This paper addresses this issue with a summary of research conducted in the Pacific Northwest.
