Elevation data have been compiled into a digital data base for an {approx}100,000-km{sup 2} area of the southern Great Basin, the Death Valley region of southern Nevada, and SE Calif., located between lat 35{degree}N, long 115{degree}W, and lat 38{degree}N, long 118{degree}W. This region includes the Nevada Test Site, Yucca Mountain, and adjacent parts of southern Nevada and eastern California and encompasses the Death Valley regional ground-water system.
