Communication between 12 separate Los Alamos National Laboratory (Los Alamos) research-and-development organizations (9 located in Los Alamos, NM, and 3 located in different areas of the United States) performing work on Los Alamos Yucca Mountain Site Characterization Project (YW or the Project) have improved significantly since the Los Alamos YNT Quality. Council was tonned in 1991.
