The Honolulu Meeting Is now finalized. Room Assignments appear
below; the meeting program/abstracts were printed In the last edition
of the Bulletin (also refer to the January 15th edition of
Chemical A Engineering News). Our Division has planned a very full
week - Including a Moonlight Dinner Cruise on April 3. Merrie Wise,
Program Chairman, and the entire Committee deserve much credit
for organizing such a diversified session. This could not have been
an easy task considering that the Societies participating In the
Congress are far flung geographically. Highlights of the Honolulu
meeting will appear In the next Issue of the Bulletin.
Enclosed in this Issue Is a call for nominations for the 1979 election
slate. A perforated page and addressed return envelope are included
for your convenience. This is the first time that the Bulletin
has been used to distribute material other than news Items, ads,
etc. I would appreciate receiving comments and suggestions concerning
further uses of this publication.
Also appearing In this Issue Is an updated Membership Directory.
This information is obtained from the Washington office of the
American Chemical Society. Therefore, all corrections should be
forwarded to the ACS, particularly since labels for Division Mailings
are obtained from Washington.
My best wishes for a safe and happy journey to all Members attendIng
the Congress. Please give by best to Jack Lord. -the editor
