ACTION: Proposed rule.
SUMMARY: In this Notice of Proposed
Rulemaking (NPRM), the Commission
seeks comment on revisions to the
Commission's rules governing the
construction, marking, and lighting of
antenna structures. The Commission
initiates this proceeding to update and
modernize the Commission's rules.
DATES: Interested parties may file
comments on or before July 20, 2010,
and reply comments on or before
August 19, 2010. Written comments on
the Paperwork Reduction Act proposedinformation collection requirements
must be submitted by the public, Office
of Management and Budget (OMB), and
other interested parties on or before July
20, 2010.
