Due to possible impending limited government operations related to federal agency spending
authorizations, the Wireline Competition Bureau announces that the following applications to discontinue
service will not be automatically granted, pursuant to section 63.71 of the Commission's rules, if the
comment deadlines for the applications occur during any period of limited operations.'
