The Region 42 (Virginia)' Public Safety Regional Planning Committees (RPCs) will hold two
consecutive planning meetings on Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Beginning at 1:30 p.m., the 800 MHz RPC
meeting will convene at the Wyndham Virginia Beach Oceanfront, 5700 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia
Beach, Virginia. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss applications submitted to the 800 MHz
Region 42 planning committee and Plan updates.
Immediately following the 800 MHz Public Safety RPC meeting, the 700 MHz Public Safety
RPC will convene at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss items pertaining to the 700

this knowledge to attend, participate, and represent their agency's needs.
All interested parties wishing to participate in the planning for the use of public safety spectrum
in the 800 MHz band within Region 42 should plan to attend. For further information, please contact:
