On April 7, 2011, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to EchoStar Corporation for a period of 60 days to
continue to operate the EchoStar 6 space station at the 76.95 W.L. orbital location on Direct Broadcast Satellite channels 1-32. EchoStar is
authorized to operate EchoStar 6 at 76.95 W.L. with feeder links (Earth-to-space) in the 17.3-17.8 GHz band and service links (space-to-Earth) in
the 12.2-12.7 GHz band. EchoStar is also authorized to conduct on-station telemetry, tracking, and telecommand operations for EchoStar 6 at
76.95 W.L. with command links at 17.305 GHz (Earth-to-space) and telemetry and beacon links at 12.203 GHz and 12.204 GHz (space-to-Earth).
