It certainly has been such a blessed journey for me to complete my thesis. I have to
confess that this paper would not have been finished without help from the people around me and
their enormous support during the course of my master program and working on the thesis. I am
grateful for God who allows these wonderful people in my life and keeps my days and nights.
First of all I sincerely thank my thesis chair, Dr. Kiseol Yang, for her remarkable support
and careful supervision to guide me through the thesis process. I appreciate Dr. Yang for guiding
me with clear directions and wise advice, always in a calm and stable manner. I also appreciate
my committee members, Dr. HaeJung Kim and Dr. YoungHoon Kim, for their support and
guidance coming from their insightful feedbacks and inspiring discussions.
In addition, I thank all survey participants for their valuable responses and inputs. I also
thank Dr. Jiyoung Kim, Dr. Jessica Strubel, Dr. Bharath Josiam, Ms. Marissa Zorola, Ms. Sua
Jeon and Dr. Chenyan Xu for their help in distributing the online survey questionnaire for my
thesis. Moreover, I thank all my colleagues and staff in CMHT department for their friendship,
encouragement and support.
Last but not least, I send my love and many thanks to my family who always trust me and
support me in whatever decisions I make. In particular, I would like to thank my parents and my
husband for their limitless understanding, sacrifice and love. I am also grateful for my cute
