Edition of 100 numbered copies, 150 copies on plain pape, and 50 unnumbered copies in the 2nd issue.

"Design, typography, and binding by R.E.M. Illustrations, cover label and illumination by E. Helene Sherman. Printed at Art Press."--colophon.

The frontispiece is a tipped-in example of Klingberg's bookplate, which was designed by Massmann and executed by C. Ernest Massmann.

Libraries' copy is unnumbered.

The Libraries' also have a seperate suite of illustrations for this work as part of another item by Massmann.
