to the Senate.
The bill to authorize Ebenesw Zane to locate
certain lands in the Territory of the United States
Northwest of the river Ohio, was read the second
time, and referred to the committee, appointed on
the 8th instant, on the bill, entitled " An act pro-
viding for the sale of the lands of the United
States in the Territory Northwest of the river
Ohio and above the mouth of Kentucky river," to
consider ind repoi t thereon to the Senate.
