Notes

Signed by Ethan Allen Brown as Commissioner of the General Land Office; A.J. Donelson as secretary to the President; and bearing signature "Andrew Jackson".
Signature of Andrew Jackson is likely to have been written by A.J. Donelson, as during Jackson's term of office it was decided that the President did not have to personally sign every land grant, as had been the case under previous presidents.
