Materials in the appendixes are: an annotated list of La Montaine's flute compositions; the text of the song cycle Fragments; an interview with John La Montaine; and an interview with Doriot Anthony Dwyer, to whom Come into My Garden and My Beloved, Let Us Go Forth are dedicated.
