COBRA on Pt Mugu that corresponds to the following scenario:
1. Leaves the following capabilities and associated engineering functions at Point Mugu.
Hardware in the Loop facilities
Radar cross section analyses chambers
F-14 A/D Weapon System Support Activity
EA-6B Weapon System Support Activity
Electronic Combat Systems Encounter Lab
2. Analyze workload and duplication of environmental facilities that exist between Point Mugu
and China Lake. Transfer environmental functions to China Lake.
3. Move Sea Range operations, control and engineering functions (data processing,
scheduling, planning and range engineering functions) to China Lake.
