<MSG>In view of the expense required to implement the current BRAC
recommendations, has there ever been an audit of previous BRAC actions to
ascertain the accuracy of projected cost savings? If so, how do I obtain a copy
of those audit reports? I know the Government audits the results of OMB
Circular A-76 studies, and so it seems prudent to me that the Government do the
same with BRAC actions to give the taxpayer assurance in the integrity of the
BRAC methodology for projecting cost savings. Also, why isn't the BRAC process
structured so that previous BRAC savings have been set-aside to pay for the
current BRAC process? Or is it?</MSG>
