Photograph from October, 8th, 2024, of chalk drawings from UNT students around the Administration and library-mall area. On that Tuesday, Pro-Palestinian organizations held a campus walkout, protesting for the Israel-Hamas conflict anniversary. Some of these chalk drawings were faded by the sprinkler system. Pro-Palestinian chalk drawings on the University of North Texas Campus, during an organized protest by the Free Palestine Denton and the university’s chapters of Palestine Solidarity Committee and Young Democratic Socialists of America. Local and student groups in support of Palestine held a walkout on the Library Mall Oct.7.
