DEPARTMENT OF AIR FORCE DATA REVIEW CERTIFICATION TO THE
BRAC 2005 HEADQUARTERS AND SUPPORT ACTIVITIES (H&SA) JOINT
CROSS SERVICE GROUP (JCSG)- CERTIFICATION

This memorandum certifies capacity data for DoD questions 1909-1911 for the following
Air Force activities: AF Legal Services Agency, AF/SG, Air Force Central Adjudications
Facility, HQ PACAF, HQ AFSPC, and Air Force Reserve Command. Certification is submitted
in compliance with both the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Internal Control Plan
(ICP) for the Base Realignment and Closure Process, Appendix B to Under Secretary of Defense
(Acquisition, Technology and Logistics) Memorandum "Transformation Through Base
Realignment and Closure (BRAC 2005) Policy Memorandum One - Policy, Responsibilities,
Procedures, " dated 16 April 2003 and the Air Force Internal Control Plan for 2005 Base
Realignment and Closure Process dated 8 June 2004.
The Department of the Air Force provided this data to the H&SA Joint Cross Service
Group for its use in the analysis process and is certified as accurate and complete to the best of
my knowledge and belief. If there is a change, a follow up memorandum will update this
certification.
