Synopsis of Discussion Items:
Review 7 March 2005 Minutes* The JAST reviewed and approved the 7 March 2005 Minutes.
* It was noted that due to conflicting schedules the JAST did not meet on 14 March.
New Ideas.
* No new scenario ideas were presented.
Status update of current ideas
* The Army RC JAST representative reported that the Army's Senior Review Group has
dropped several RC candidate recommendations. Because no other MILDEP is
participating, these CRs are no longer "joint CRs" and now involve only ARNG state
owned properties vs. "military installations." Therefore, they will not be considered under
BRAC.
* The Army RC JAST representative confirmed that the Army intends to submit the
following four (4) scenario ideas as candidate recommendations: A014, A019, A022, &
A040. (See 7 March 2005 minutes.)
