Redistribution Center and Ammunition Supply Point and provides invaluable training to 99th
RRC personnel. Letterkenny is a preeminent site for shipping ordnance, missiles, and
munitions. The installation lies four miles north of I-81, and thirteen miles south of 1-76. It
is an Inland Node to the Military Strategic Seaport Philadelphia. The depot is the closest
Army depot to the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point, NC. Letterkenny is located
between two military airfields, the 193rd Special Operations Wing, Harrisburg, PA (53 miles)
and the 167 Airlift Wing Martinsburg, WV (55 miles). The 167th AW is converting to C-5
