The man sits on the horse, holding a cowboy hat in his hand, with a lasso attached to the saddle. The horse is posed in a trot. Small bunches of flowers grow around the large rocks that the statue has been installed on. Spotlights sit on the ground around it, waiting to illuminate the art after dark. A plaque describing the statue sits in the bottom left of the photo, slightly out of frame. Between the statue and the tower, a wide expanse of mown grass and a few strong, mature trees grow.
