Notes
Abstract: From October to December 2011, the User Interfaces Unit (UI) conducted a series of surveys asking users about their experiences with our Libraries' website. Through these surveys, UI was able to recruit 19 participants (13 UNT students and 6 UNT faculty/librarians) for in-person interviews. In this presentation, we detailed what our users told us about their experiences, needs, and expectations. We also discussed how these feedbacks will influence the interface redesign of the Libraries' website and beyond.
