BYLAWS OF THE EPSCS USERS ASSOCIATION
The organization shall be a non-profit unincorporated
association to be known as the EPSCS Users Association.
PURPOSE OF THE ASSOCIATION
1. To assist the members of the Association in communicating
with the the EPSCS Product Group on technical
and other matters of common concern.
2. To promote arrangements for the sharing of communications
facilities and services. Additionally. to provide a
structure that will permit certain members of the association
to use the shared usage billing arrangement provided
by AT shall have authority to sign documents
on behalf of the Association; shall appoint the
members of the Technical Advisory Committee and
Audit Committee; and shall perform such other
duties including the retention of the attorneys and
consultants as may be specified by the Association at
a meeting or by the Executive Committee.
