The sad years roll by and bring me no comfort. My heart cries
for the joy that were mine. I cry out for my son. God knows
Azael! Azael! Why did you leave me at eventide in all its
beauty we were happy and sang hymns to our great God who
giveth all good things. Sadly must I alone drag out these leaden
years. Azael! Azael!
What now? Still shedding tears? Hiding with thy grief. They
are coming with hearts aglow with joy. Come, join them and

Behold, the seat where I sat with my mother in bygone years.
