The Junior Black Academy of Arts and Letters presents the exhibition "Dallas and Fort Worth's' Black Living Legends Exhibit" featuring men and women who have made history by continuing a tradition of excellence in their careers and services to their community. Exhibition ran from January 15, 1995 through May 21, 1995.

Jasper Edward Baccus Jr. was named one of the honorees of the 1995 Dallas and Fort Worth’s Black Living Legends. Baccus has been recognized for being a businessman and providing quality goods for the African American community.
