I am a graduate student in Leadership Programs in Severe Behavioral Disorders at the
University of North Texas. My dissertation study is referenced above. I know special educators
are very busy; however, I hope you will give the survey I have placed online a few minutes of
your time. With your help, we can glean more information about the preparation for and working
conditions of special programs in public schools through the questions designed in this
investigation. It should require about 20 minutes of your time. Simply log on
