The list promotes transparency in journal pricing and informed decision-making in collection development. It was presented at The Exchange an Association for Library Collections and Technical Services (ALCTS)/Library and Information Technology Association (LITA)/Library Leadership and Management (LLAMA) Collaboration held virtually on May 4, 6, & 8, 2020.
