Photocopy of a letter from M'Lou Bancroft, executive director for the Edward and Betty Marcus Foundation, to Jack Davis and William McCarter, co-directors of North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. The letter is in regards to Bancroft sending Davis and McCarter a check for $60,000 for the institute for the first year of the $250,000 grant. The remainder of the money will be distributed January 1993 for $75,0000 and January 1994 for $90,0000.
