Description

A rigorous procedure for calculating pore volume and area distributions from sorption isotherms was developed using the concept of simultaneous capillary condensation and multilayer adsorption. The calculations may be carried out using a computer, and the limitations of the procedure are described briefly. Results are given for several silica gel samples. (D.L.C.)
