Development of Biodegradable Nanocarriers Loaded with a Monoclonal Antibody

Description: This article examines the feasibility of encapsulating monoclonal antibodies within poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles using a water/oil/water double emulsion solvent evaporation technique. This method can be used to prepare protective polymeric nanoparticles for transporting functional antibodies to the cytoplasmic compartment of cancer cells. Brief Report: Induced After-Death Communication: An Update

Description: Abstract: Seventy-one clients (50 females, 21 males) who were treated with Induced After-Death Communication (IADC) therapy completed the author-developed Grief Symptom Questionnaire (GSQ) before and after the two-session treatment protocol and at six months post-treatment. Brief Report: Psychotherapeutic Outcomes Reported by Therapists Trained in Induced After-Death Communication

Description: Abstract: Induced after-death communication (IADC) is a new psychotherapeutic procedure based on a variation of eye-movement desensitization and re-processing (EMDR). Substance Use Disorders Among Patients with Anxiety: Prevalence and Effect on Psychotherapy Outcomes

Description: Undergraduate thesis studying anxiety and substance use disorders (SUD) by examining the prevalence of anxiety-SUD comorbidity in an outpatient psychology training clinic and assessing how it affects psychotherapy outcomes. Results revealed that anxiety and SUD is more highly comorbid compared to when anxiety is paired with another disorder and the presence of a comorbid SUD was associated with worse therapy outcomes at the beginning and end of therapy.
