The Hydrolysis of Orosomucoid with Trypsin

Description: In recent years a good deal of understanding about the structure of the α-acid glycoprotein of human plasma (orosomucoid) has been obtained. Since the isolation of the protein in an apparently pure state, it has been shown to have a molecular weight of approximately 45000 and to be made up of about 40% carbohydrate and 60% polypeptide.
