Impact of Yoga on Mental Well-Being

Description: The present study sought to more rigourously explore outcomes of psychological well-being immediately following a psychotherapeutic yoga class. The Effects of Induced Anxiety and Levels of IPAT Anxiety on a Gestalt Closure Task
