A Technique for the Development and Validation of Job Evaluation Cases

Description: The primary purpose of this dissertation was to provide a technique for the development, evaluation, and validation of cases to be used for teaching courses in job evaluation. The same technique as developed in this study might have some degree of application to business cases other than those found in job evaluation.
