Description: Pillbox hat of yellow chiffon. The stiffened cylindrical crown is slightly domed, and covered with pleated yellow chiffon. On the top of the crown, the pleats run front-to-back, and on the sides the pleats run horizontally around the crown. The interior of the crown is lined in yellow faille, and has an inner hatband at the base of wide yellow grosgrain ribbon. Pillbox Hat

Description: Hat of black straw. Styled as a pillbox, the low crown is cylindrical with a flattened top. The crown sits within a second "layer" of crown, which curves under and forms an inner ring which sits on the head, leaving the outer edge of the crown somewhat cantilevered. At the front of the hat, between the outer and inner edges of the crown, is a bow of the same black straw. Description: Hat of golden cloth. The pillbox style hat is formed as a low, cylindrical crown of stiffened mesh with flattened top, covered with with a woven golden cloth, pleated horizontally on sides. Hatlet

Description: Hatlet of black straw, net, and velvet. The hatlet is based on a metal underframe shaped as an open circle, wrapped, on which are set six black straw pompom forms set in a circle about 6" in diameter. At center of circle is a bow of narrow black velvet ribbon with 4 extending trailing ribbons. The whole is set on a circular veil of black mesh net. Designer's label: "Norman-Pualvin / New York".

Description: Pillbox hat of woven green ribbon-like paper. Low, slightly "dimpled"crown and formed of woven green paper ribbon in various widths. Lower edge is turned up and folded over. At back is a flat bow of same material. Unlined with pale green grosgrain ribbon headband. Attached at sides are small plastic combs to secure hat to wearer's head. Drop-waist dress

Description: Dress of bubblegum pink silk. Long sleeves, wide round neckline finished with self bias, loose fitting princess line. Dropped waist falls at mid-thigh where there is a band of 1/2 inch bias. Skirt of three wide flounces falling to different lengths; top two flounces are asymmetrical being shorter on left, bottom flounce straight. Center back invisible zipper with hook and eye at top.
