This problem originated through the adoption of the twelve-grade system for Texas schools by the State Department of Education. The administrator is desirous to choose and to organize the plan most profitable for the child. From this study it is hoped that an adequate educational program can be established.

An Evaluation of Integrated Teaching

Description: The purpose of this study is to examine integration in such a manner as to determine its true meaning, to analyze critically its ability to meet the challenge and produce the goals which society and the teacher have set up, and to conclude whether the utilization of integration, as conceived by the writer, will develop the child's capacity of self-expression, encourage critical thinking, develop individual aptitudes, and help him make wholesome adjustments to the group.

Use of the Reve Eveille Dirige (Guided Daydream) for Selection of Vocation and College Major

Determination of the Status of Adjustment and Value Indices for Teachers in Certain Large Metropolitan School Systems

Description: The purpose of the study was to examine the personnel administration application of teachers' self-concept, self-acceptance, self-ideal and self-concept self-ideal discrepancy scores. More specifically the study was to investigate the possible need for personnel administrators of large school systems to use some sort of psychological tool in their personnel work, and to isolate groups of teachers whose adjustment and value indices differed significantly from the indices of other groups.

Anxiety in Jailees as Indicated by the Rorschach Test

Description: This study concerns an evaluation of anxiety levels in jailees awaiting trial in a county jail. Detecting anxiety which had been overtly controlled, and apparently hidden called for the use of a projective technique. Such an instrument would have the additional advantage of minimizing the effect of the observer upon the observed.
