Methamphetamine: Legislation and Issues in the 109th Congress
Description:
Illicit methamphetamine (MA) production and use are longstanding and severe
problems in some states. This report provides a brief overview of MA abuse, production, trafficking, and of the federal methamphetamine-specific programs, and legislation that is being actively considered by the 109th Congress. This report will be updated to reflect future legislative activity.
