Use of the Annual Appropriations Process to Block Implementation of the Affordable Care Act (FY2011-FY2017)

Description: This report summarizes the ACA-related language added to annual appropriations legislation by congressional appropriators since the ACA was signed into law. The information is presented in Table 1.
