Description: Hat of green straw. The domed crown is of woven dark green straw, using primarily wide bands of straw but with occasional bands made of linked narrow strips threaded with thin golden ribbon. The narrow brim is of matching straw, and turns up steeply. Applied to back is a small dark green velvet bow. Description: Hat of natural-colored straw. The somewhat domed crown worked to appear "squashed", bulging in some areas and turned-in in others. At base of crown is band of cream grosgrain ribbon with bow at front. The brim is off-center, turned under, extending further at front and curving more broadly under at back. Description: Pillbox hat of black and gray fine plaid. The cylindrical crown is flattened at top, and has sides with horizontal pleats of same material.
