Description: Interview with attorney and former Sergeant-at-Arms of the Texas House of Representatives Bob Murphey, who is from Nacogdoches, Texas. Mr. Murphey is also an accomplished public speaker and the nephew of former Governor Coke Stevenson, who he comments on. In the interview, he discusses his experiences while serving as Sergeant-at-Arms. Mr. Murphey also describes his thoughts and personal views on the Stevenson-Johnson senatorial race of 1948.
