Tulle petticoat

Description: Petticoat, mid- to street-length. Narrow waistband with hook-and-eye closure. Innermost layer/foundation of white nylon forming a simple skirt. Over this are 3 layers of off-white tulle, of increasing fullness. The outermost layer is of off-white dotted Swiss fabric. Remains of a Union Label at inside waistband, and size label "6"
