[Timothy and Carol with a Stroller]

Description: Photograph of Timothy and Carol standing on either side of a stroller. Carol has one arm resting on the stroller with a baby doll tucked under that same arm. She is also smiling and looking directly at the camera. Timothy also has one arm resting on the stroller, but the other is resting at his side. He has a slight smile and is looking at the camera. Description: Evening dress of champagne peau de soie. Princess style. Sweetheart neckline in front, with small horizontal pleats at front left and right princess seaming at upper part of bust; back neckline is low and rounded. 1-1/2 inch wide shoulder straps that split in front to form an inverted Y, with horizontal band of same fabric at dividing point. Five Year Band Program for Vanderbilt School

Description: The public school of Vanderbilt, Texas is in the process of building a band. The steady growth of the band will depend upon a long-range planning program. It is the band director's aim to set up such a long-range plan to cover the five years from the 1947 school year and including the 1952 school year. The following chapters will cover most of the phases of the band's work, and that of the director's work, and his relation to the band and the community.
