Description: Hat of burnt orange/rust colored straw. The domed crown is of finely woven burnt orange/rust colored straw with secondary horizontal bands of slightly larger strands woven into the base material. At its base, the crown curves in, under, down and out, creating a "mushroom" effect, with the main part of the crown as the "cap", and a smaller section of "stalk" below. Handkerchief hem dress

Description: Dress and slip. A: Dress of ivory white silk chiffon. Sleeveless with scoop neck, beading at neck, armscye, and in bands across the bust, waist, and hips. Square hanging panels attached at hip, giving layered handkerchief point effect. The beading is done in ivory glass beads and small colored flower motifs. B: Slip - actually attached at shoulder.

Description: Peach/pink silk crepe nightgown. Unfitted. square. sleeveless empire bodice with lace insertions and insets. Ivory cotton lace edging at the neckline. shoulder straps and armholes. Center front. square cotton tulle inset centered with a large floral motif. Eight tucks over the bust portion of the bodice. Ivory lace. empire waist insertion. Sandals

Description: Pair of girl's high top white leather sandals styled as boots. Designed with rounded toe, the shoes have six straps from vamp to above ankle that cross from inner side to outer side, and fasten with small simulated (?) mother of pearl buttons. Stacked heel of very low height, almost a flat heel. Stamped inside the shoe: "3C 243".

Tubeteika hat

Description: Traditional Uzbek (Samarkand) tubeteika style hat of deep purple velour trimmed with black velour along bottom. Hat is square shaped with slightly pyramid shaped crown. Trimmed in metallic thread embroidery in a floral design with sequin accents; design is on each side, and four designs on top of crown. Designs consist of teardrop shape at center with red or green velour fill with a small sprig in the center and flowers branching out from each side. Interior of black webbed cotton.
