Warner Bros. stars arrive for opening of "Gold Diggers of 1933"
This film from Universal Newsreels shows the stars of the motion picture "Gold Diggers of 1933" arriving in San Francisco for the film premiere at the Paramount Theater to the music of "We're in the Money" and "Pettin' in the Park." Mayor Angelo J. Rossi presents the keys to the city to the actors. Actress Glenda Farrell is appointed Mayor for the day and Actors Joe E. Brown and Warren William are named as Chief of Police and Fire Chief. Other stars of the film listed on the Paramount marquee include Ruby Keeler, Joan Blondell, Aline Macmahon, Ginger Rogers, and Guy Kibbee & 300 Gorgeous Girls.

Eisenhower and Richard Nixon in the 1952 presidential election. The presentation tallies cases of "dishonesty and corruption" under President Harry S. Truman in the departments Agriculture, Internal Revenue Services, Defense, Justice, Commerce, State, Treasury, and Interior. The presentation also discusses scandal and corruption in the Reconstruction Finance Corporation (RFC), the United States Post Office, the Federal Housing Agency, Office of Price Stabilization, Veteran's Administration, Maritime Commission, Atomic Energy Commission, and the Democratic National Committee. The presentation argues that gambling, drug use, and juvenile delinquency can be traced back to the White House and lists numerous people associated with the Truman administration and Democratic National Committee who have been involved in scandal and corruption including Tom Pendergast, Harry Vaughan, Matthew Connelly, William M. Boyle, Jr., James P. Finnegan, Loretta Young, Frank Erickson, and Alger Hiss.

This promotional film created by the United Students of North Texas Senate tells the story of life at North Texas State University (NTSU) from the time a student arrives on campus through graduation with exploration of the various academic, athletic, and extracurricular activities available to students.
