Dieting and Intuitive Eating among Early Adolescents

The authors expected that early adolescents who were dieting would report more disruptions in their intuitive eating than those who were not. Further, to determine if such disruptions were associated with dieting and not another accepted form of weight management, specifically increases in cardiorespiratory activities, relation to intuitive eating was examined as well.
