Density and Thermal Expansion of Ethyl Alcohol and of its Mixtures with Water

Description: Report issued by the Bureau of Standards over the thermal expansion of ethyl alcohol. As stated in the introduction, "the scope of the present work includes the preparation of pure anhydrous ethyl alcohol, the determination of the density and thermal expansion of this alcohol and its mixtures with water, and the construction from these data of tables for convenient use" (p. 328). The Determination of the Constants of Instrument Transformers

Measurements on the Index of Refraction of Air for Wave Lengths from 2218 A to 9000 A
