Marketing Eggs Through the Creamery

Description: Report discussing different methods for the delivery and marketing of eggs. A creamery in Minnesota has cleverly signed agreements with local farmers which allows farmers to deliver their eggs along with their milk and cream to the creamery. The creamery then markets the eggs on behalf of the farmers and keeps a small share of the profit for itself. This method of marketing eggs greatly reduces spoilage.
