Innovative use of information technology in facilitating public access to agency decisionmaking: an assessment of the experience in state and local governments: final report

First part discusses methods and data collection, part two presents the framework, part three presents the findings from the brief sample survey of state and local agencies they conducted, as well as data from case studies dealing with use of information technology in providing public access to local government data.
