The samples were collected by Los Alamos National Laboratory; laboratory analysis and data reporting were performed by the Uranium Resource Evaluation Project at Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

The set includes seven maps (Plates I and V-X) showing the location of rock formations in the area and three charts (Plates II-IV) showing the correlation between the occurrence of vanadium deposits and the thin persistent beds of phosphate rock, oolite, siltstone, dolomite, and limestone with which they are interbedded.
