Description: Shirtwaist style dress of blue/ white pin tucked plaid cotton and machine tatted lace. Street-length. Short sleeves with lace cuffs; underarm gussets. High neckline with lace trimmed collar and corded tie of matching fabric. Two rows of chevon shaped lace insert bands on lower skirt with lace along hem.
